Back at Copernicus Cup – More Freedom, Better Frames
Photography without pressure, driven by the joy of capturing the moment
My coverage of the Copernicus Cup 2026 was more than just another event on the calendar — it was my second time shooting it, and a completely different experience from the first.
This time, there was no stress, no pressure — just much more freedom. Instead of focusing on “getting the shots done,” I could simply enjoy photography: observe, react, and search for interesting, less obvious frames. These are the moments where images become something more than just sports action.
Toruń once again provided a perfect backdrop for world-class athletics, and I was able to see the event from a new perspective — calmer, more intentional, and much closer to the way I want to develop my photography.
This edition confirmed my belief that the best shots come when experience meets ease and genuine enjoyment of the craft.
