Where my sports photography journey this year began

It was a cold January morning in the woods of Myślęcinek. Mud underfoot, runners on the trail – and a camera in my hand.
That day marked the start of my 2025 adventure with sports photography, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to begin than City Trail in Bydgoszcz.
There’s something special about this event: no pressure, but plenty of emotion. The runners push their limits, fight the terrain and weather – and for a photographer, it’s a chance to capture real focus, effort and joy.
This was the first step that led to more events, new people, new challenges. But January 19 will always be the moment I felt once again that this is something I want to pursue seriously.
